3 Christmas giving opportunities

Christian’s Toy Box 2021: In memory of Christian Osen

The Immanuel community has generously offered a dose of Christmas cheer to children in the medical system of Children’s Hospitals and Clinics since 2001, and we don’t need to stop because of the pandemic.

Please consider these options:

  • Deliver a new, unwrapped toy or gift for a child aged 0-18 to the boxes outside the administrator’s office.
  • Give a monetary donation online (website accessible year-round).

Christmas gifts for Wilder preschool

Immanuel will continue our tradition of providing Christmas gifts to the families at the Wilder Child Development Center.

Immanuel requests input from the families to make our Christmas baskets personalized. Each family submits ideas for themes or items they would particularly like or need this season.

You can sign up for a family online or take a tag from the church bulletin board. Deliver wrapped gifts to Immanuel by Sunday, Dec. 12, being sure to note which family you’ve selected. If you have questions or need assistance, contact Kelley Wells (information in the directory).

Safe House holiday meals

We will once again provide Thanksgiving and Christmas meals for Safe House. However, the Christmas fund is running low. If you would like to contribute for the meal, donate online (choose Other, noting “Safe House meal”) or send a check to the church with “Safe House meal” on the memo line. The deadline is Dec. 10. If you have any questions, contact Kim Thompson.
