What do you need to know coming in?

As Christians, we share God’s message of hope and love with all communities. We welcome and celebrate all of God’s children, including those of all races and ethnicities; all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions; and all ages and abilities. This list is not meant to be exhaustive, but expanding, as God continues to call us to widen our welcome. As we work and journey together, we invite and honor the many diverse gifts of all who are seeking God’s love and grace.

What is worship like?

Immanuel’s worship services are rooted in the ancient and new, celebrating the mystery of God’s presence among us.

All are invited and welcomed at the Lord’s table every Sunday.

What should I wear?

Come just as you are. Our community embraces diversity in all forms, including how we present ourselves, so we encourage you to dress in a way that feels comfortable and authentic to you.

What about my kids?

We love to have children participate in worship. If bodies get wiggly and parents and children need to step out for a moment, the service is streamed to the rooms adjacent to the sanctuary.

Where do I park?

We are located near the intersection of Snelling & Grand. There is a dedicated parking lot and plenty of nearby on-street parking for all who join us.

Is it accessible?

Yes. Our main entrance is ramp accessible from the accessible parking spaces in our lot. Inside the main entrance, an elevator serves all floors. Wheelchair accessible, gender neutral restrooms are located on each floor.

In the sanctuary, the center aisle is accessible for wheelchairs and walkers. There are pew cutouts at the front and back of the sanctuary for wheelchairs and walkers. If you need to stay in your pew, communion servers can bring communion to you.

Hearing assist devices and a large print bulletin are available each Sunday.
